ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 180 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No. Not Known of 2025, seek anticipatory bail. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent Police, submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.P. No.N4/29818/1391/24 dated 06.12.2024 against the petitioners. 3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 4.
