According to petitioner, he is a life member of Islamia School Samiti, Mohalla Kazibagh, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. According to him, there are two Committee of Management in the said society, which is causing difficulty in day-to-day management of the school. 3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: “To issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding respondent no. 2 to expeditiously consider and decide the representation dated 17.09.2025 (annexed as Annexure No. 3) submitted by the petitioner.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Chief Executive Officer, Uttarakhand Waqf Board be directed to take decision on representation submitted on 17.09.2025. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to Chief Executive Officer, Uttarakhand Waqf Board to consider and take 2025:UHC:8599 decision on petitioner’s representation, as per law, within six weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 6. It goes without saying that all the stakeholders shall also be heard before taking decision.
