Mata Prasad and other, which is pending since 01.04.2024 before him as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
