Shri Tarun Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for applicant is reported to be ill. 3. This court had passed an order on 30.07.2024, the same is quoted hereinbelow:- "1. As prayed by learned Counsel for the applicant, list in the next week. 2. It is made clear that since this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is quite old and pertains to the year 2016, the case shall not be adjourned on the next date. " 4. Thereafter the case was listed on 18.02.2025 and the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the applicant. 5. Despite the stop order dated 30.07.2024 passed by this court stating that the case shall not be adjourned on the next date, today again, an illness slip has been sent by learned Counsel for the applicant. Thus, in view of aforesaid, the illness slip for adjournment sent by the learned counsel for applicant is rejected. 6. Accordingly, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
