Issue a direction, directing to the respondent No.1 to decide the pending application/case No.D2015041200954/2015 under Section 73 of Registration Act pending before respondent No.1/Registrar/Additional District Magistrate, Barabanki expeditiously within stipulated time, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that for constructions being raised, he may be permitted to file an interim application. 4. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the interim application, if filed, with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
