Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. parties particularly the opp. party no. 2 i.e. Distt. Magistrate/Licensing Authority Bahraich by directing him for initiating proceeding under the provision of Arms Act 1959 for cancelling the Fire Arm Licence pertaining to N.P. Bore Revolver No. 32 (7.65 MM) SAF KANPUR-M 1180, Licence Number 1698/II P.S.-Kotwali Nagar Bahraich of the opp. party no. 4, on account of its misuse, which necessitated for maintaining the security of Public Peace & Public Safety." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed a representation, which is pending before respondent No.2, the present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.2 along with a certified copy of this order. In case, if such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of two months.
