The operative portion of the order reads as under: “4. Whenever any representation is submitted, it is required for an authority to pass necessary orders on the same within a given time frame. The first representation having been submitted on 12.10.2022, more than reasonable time has been lapsed. Hence, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations at Annexures-C1 and C2 and pass necessary orders within four weeks from today strictly in accordance with law. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2409-DB CCC No. 200165 of 2023 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.” 2. The learned Government Advocate has filed an affidavit of one Sri Suresh Varma, Tahasildar Grade-I, Raichur district and submitted documents complying the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court. The counsel for the petitioner Sri Shivanand Patil also admits that the respondents have complied the order and issued the RTC. 3. The affidavit along with documents are placed on record. 4.
