This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 15.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0630 of 2024, under Sections 61(2),109,352,351(2),131 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kotwali City, District Pratapgarh. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
