Issue a writ, order or command or direction in nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned case no. D202310460000006 U/s- 21(1) of The Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act 2021, "Ashok Kumar and other Versus M/s Dreamz Infra Ventures and Others" contained as Annexure No.-01 with this petition." 2. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that for the same cause of action, earlier an application was filed which has already been decided against which an appeal is pending. 3. Considering the fact that the proceedings initiated and sought to be quashed are still pending, the present petition is premature and the petitioner is entitled to take remedies as are available under law for the grievances as raised before this Court. 4.
