Ms. Bujarbaruah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again by challenging the order dated 5th November, 2024, this Cont.Cas(C) may be closed. Taking note of the submission of learned advocates of both the parties, this contempt case stands closed, However, liberty will remain with the petitioner to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition, to challenge the order, dated 5th November, 2024.
