Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused material on record. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. To issue a direction to Additional Principal Judge-VI, Family Court, Lucknow to decide petition filed by petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. bearing No. 204 of 2018 (Rukhsar Bano Vs. Sarfaraz Ahmad) pending before it, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months." It is submitted that in this case, an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the learned court concerned from the year 2018 and till now, it has not been decided, therefore, request to issue direction to the court concerned to decide the case within stipulated period of time. Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. and perusal of record with ordersheet, it appears that present application is pending before the learned court since 21.02.2018 and till now it could not be decided, therefore, it is expedient to direct the court concerned to make its endeavour to decide the case in accordance with law within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of finally.
