Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:- “To direct respondents to grant the petitioner regular pay scale of Rs.5,480-8925 + allowances, as is legally prescribed to the post of Shastri teachers, instead of Rs.5,000-8100 + allowances, from the date of her initial appointment i.e. 19.04.2002, with all the consequential benefits and the arrears accrued there under with interest @9% per annum till realization of the amount in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. At this stage, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record instructions memo dated 09.12.2024 from the Director of Elementary Education alongwith the copy of order dated 09.07.2024. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. In view of above documents, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievances of the petitioner have been resolved by the respondents. 4. Since the grievances of the petitioner have been resolved, therefore, the writ petition has worked itself out. 5.
