Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks to expedite proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is pending before respondent no.1. However, this Court from a perusal of the record finds that the objections, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure no.2 indicates that one Riyaz Ahmad and Faiyaz Ahmad have filed their objections who are not party to the petition, moreover, the said objections as noticed above, i.e. Annexure No.2 at running page-20 of the paper book is shown as to have been moved by Ram Lakhan, Subhash and Om Prakash and needless to say that they are not party to the instant petition.
