It appears that the order in W.P.No.17078 of 2024 has been passed on 09.09.2024 and copy of the order was dispatched on 01.02.2025. In the said order, direction was given by this Court to pay the amount within six (6) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Hence without waiting for the six months period as directed in the order in W.P.No.17078/2024, the petitioner herein hurriedly filed the present Contempt Case in haphazard manner. Such filing of contempt is pre-matured one. 2. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed, with a liberty to the Petitioner to initiate contempt proceedings if the order of the Court in W.P.No.17078 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024 is not complied with , as per the terms of the order, if advised. No costs.
