Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:3780-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 439 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ajay Pal Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Sprcial Secy. Deptt. Of Geology And Mining Lko And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rahul Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. 1. The revision of the petitioner bearing No. 10 (R)/G & M (U.P) of 2023 "Ajay Pal Singh versus District Magistrate Firozabad and another" is pending before the revisional authority in the State Government for the past two years. 2. The submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that the District Magistrate has not filed a response and that is the reason for pendency. 3. If it is so, then it cannot be a reason for keeping the revision pending. If the District Magistrate, Firozabad does not respond then adverse inference should be drawn and the revision should be decided. 4. We accordingly direct the revisional authority to decide the revision of the petitioner if there is no other legal impediment, positively within six weeks. 5. If there is any legal impediment, then it should be recorded in the ordersheet and communicated to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
