It has been brought to the attention of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. D. Nath, the learned Senior Government Advocate that the Criminal Petition No.199/2022 has already been disposed of vide a judgment and order dated 20.10.2022 by this Court whereby the said petition was allowed and the order impugned therein dated 05.02.2022 in M.R. Case No.1/2021 was set aside and quashed.
2. Taking into account the above, it is the opinion of this Court that nothing further survives in the instant proceedings for which the instant contempt proceedings stands dropped.
