Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that Crime No.78 of 2025 is registered against the petitioner on 20.03.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 174(3), 351(2) of BNSS Act. 4. Considering the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
