1. This is the second bail application filed by the applicant under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail. The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed after arguing for some time on 21.11.2024, passed in MCRC No. 7249 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that, after dismissal of the first bail application of the applicant, the victim has been examined before the learned trial Court as PW-1 and she has not supported the case of prosecution. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and after perusal of the order dated 21.11.2024, by which the liberty was granted to the applicant for repeat his prayer for grant of bail after examination of material witnesses, but the present application has been filed only after examination of the victim as PW- 1 and there are other material witnesses, who are yet to be examined. Therefore, I am not inclined to admit the second bail application.
