ORDER 16.05.2025 Heard Mr. B. Kaushik, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. Bora, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC). This I.A. has been filed seeking correction of the order dated 09.04.2025, passed in WP(C) No. 5961/2023. It is submitted that in the order dated 09.04.2025, at paragraph 3, Work
Order No. GER/Div-VI/56/2021/30, dated 04.09.2021, was mentioned. However, two work orders were issued on the same date, and only one work order was referred to. The learned counsel for the applicant, referring to paragraph 9 of the I.A., submits that both work orders issued on the same date. He further submits that the work order GER/Div-VI/56/2021/30 was referenced in the order dated 09.04.2025, passed in WP(C)/5961/2023. However, the second work
order, namely GER/Div-VI/56/2021/31, also dated 04.09.2021, was inadvertently not mentioned. Mr. S. Bora, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC), does not oppose the submissions made. The order dated 09.04.2025, passed in WP(C)/5961/2023, insofar as
