This petition has been filed for issuing a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 to take all legal and necessary action, according to law in pursuance of the FIR lodged by the petitioner on 24.1.2024 bearing Case Crime No. 38 of 2024, under Sections 354, 302 I.P.C. & Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, P.S. Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge- sheet against Shubham Rai has been submitted in the court on 21.3.2024, while the investigation with regard to another accused namely, Sameer Singh is still pending. Thereafter, the entire charge-sheet along with the case diary has been submitted on 8.7.2024. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate court in accordance with law.
