Srinagar, District Pauri Garhwal, under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC. 5. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, final report has already been submitted by the police on 04.09.2024 against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact. 7. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 8.
