The present petition has been filed challenging an interlocutory order dated 30.08.2018 whereby the amendment application was allowed at a cost of Rs.1200/-. 3. Considering the fact that the order impugned is interlocutory in nature, no interference is called for. 4. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the said order after the suit is finally decided by taking additional ground in revision. 6. As the suit is very old, directions are issued to the JSCC to decide the suit within a period of six months. 7. Senior Registrar of this court is directed to send a copy of this order to the JSCC Court for compliance in accordance with law.
