Learned Counsel for the petitioner says that the road exists on Plot No. 44, however, without demarcating the road, as mentioned in the revenue map, the same is being taken through Gata No. 48 which is abadi land of the petitioner and some proceedings have been initiated under Section 67. We do not find it a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. We leave it open for the petitioner to seek other remedies which shall include approaching the concerned authorities, who may look into the matter and do the needful. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
