2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 61(2)(a) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, Daltonganj.
3. On 23.10.2024, younger brother of the informant namely Shubham Kumar was murdered. Suspicion was raised against co-accused Gudiya Kumari and her family members that after committing murder of the deceased, they left his dead body on a Railway track.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor any incriminating article was recovered on his pointing out. It was further submitted that co-accused Anita Kuer and Nitesh Kumar Ram have been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 2498 of 2025.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024.
