Saikia, learned counsel for the opposite party/appellant. Page No.# 2/2 This interlocutory application is preferred by six applicants for allowing them to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount, i.e. Rs.10,63,300/- deposited before the Registry of this Court by the opposite party/appellant pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.11.2024 in I.A.(Civil) No.91/2024, arising out of MAC App. No.14/2024. Mr. Uddin, learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to the order of this Court in I.A.(Civil) No.91/2024, the opposite party/appellant herein had deposited 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court and the applicants may be allowed to withdraw the said amount from the Registry of this Court. Ms. Saikia submits that she has no objection in the event of allowing the applicants to withdraw the aforesaid amount from the Registry of this Court. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed, allowing the applicants to withdraw the 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court.
