Prem Koushik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Pasupuleti Bhavya Sree, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners; Sri D.M. Vidya Sagar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Sudheer, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development. 2. Sri D.M. Vidya Sagar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Sudheer, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat, has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, Simhadripuram Gram Panchayat, Kadapa District, dated 28.03.2025 along with the copy of the „No Due Certificate‟. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners. The same is taken on record. 3. Relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “It is humbly submitted that his Gram Panchayat issued notices to all the 18 Shop Owners to pay the dues of the year 2024-2025. It is further submitted that petitioners have paid all the dues, I am hereby attaching no due certificate issued by this Gram Panchayat. As per the lease agreement, petitioners can continue up to 31.03.2026”. 4. The above extract would indicate that the Writ Petitioners have paid all the dues for the year 2024-2025 as indicated in Ex.P.4, which is even prior to the date of the Notification for auction dated 12.03.2025. 3 5. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners would submit that in view of issuance of „No Due Certificate‟ by the Official Respondents dated 27.03.2025, no further consideration of the Writ Petition is necessary. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
