This application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Special POCSO Case No.18/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Cum Special Judge POCSO, Barpeta. 3. The petitioner is an accused before the Trial Court, it is the case under POCSO Act and the victim is yet to be examined.
