Since common facts and grounds involved in all these petitions, they are being considered and decided by this common order. For the sake of convenience, the pleadings and documents of WPS No.2007 of 2025 are being considered. 2. By the present writ petitions, the petitioners are seeking a direction towards the respondent to conclude the meeting of DPC to consider the case of promotion of the petitioner, on the basis of circular dated 05.11.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuance to the circular issued by the State on 05.11.2024, the DPC has been constituted on 05.12.2024, but the resolution of the DPC has not been passed, despite the fact that two meetings have been convened after its constitution. 4. Learned Counsel for the State on telephonic instruction from respondent no. 3 CEO Zila Panchayat Kondagaon submits that after the constitution of DPC two meetings have been convened on 08.01.2025 and 22.01.2025 and the case of the petitioners will be considered and necessary resolution will be passed by the DPC constituted on 05.12.2024. He further submits that within a period of 30 days, the decision will be taken regarding the promotion of the petitioners and the resolution will be recommended to the State Government in accordance with the decision of the DPC. 6 5. I have heard both the parties. 6. In view of the submission made by the respondent counsel, it is directed that the DPC shall consider the case of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Lecturer/Teacher Panchayat, as per their entitlement and the recommendation of the DPC be sent to the competent authority within a period of 30 days from today. The petitioners are at liberty to apprise the order of this Court to the respondent no. 3. 7. With the aforesaid direction and liberty, all the writ petitions stand disposed of.
