In view of the fact that the appeals had not been preferred against judgment and orders passed in W.P.Nos. 17344, 26971, 18746, 17961 of 2007 2 HCJ & RRRJ WA 1293 2008 Sf and 4740 of 2008, in our opinion, the present writ appeal must fail on the ground of res judicata, as the judgment in the other cases has become final. 4. Be that as it may, the Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this appeal, shall stand closed.
