I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 4. Since the petitioner is co-operating with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his anticipatory bail application is allowed. 5. The interim bail granted on 02.05.2025 in favour of the petitioner Mainul Hoque is hereby made absolute.
