Petition has been filed challenging order dated 26.12.2024 and for a direction to the concerned authority to consider petitioner's case for grant of afÏliation for conduct of B-Pharma course for the academic session 2024-2025. 3. Learned counsel for opposite party no.3 at the very outset submits that the petition is misconceived since application of petitioner's Institution for grant of afÏliation has been rejected by means of order dated 06.01.2025 and not 26.12.2024. 4. In view of such objection being raised, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh. 5. In view thereof, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
