A CHANDRAVATHI The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner though there is no crime registered against him. It is also stated that the respondents 3 and 4 are coercing the petitioner to execute registered sale deed in respect of the property, which is in the name of the petitioner, apart from the payment of cash to the 5th respondent. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submits that, on the complaint received from the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent has made preliminary enquiry and after the enquiry, it is found that the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent is subsisting and both the parties are advised to redress their grievance before the Competent Court. 3. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that the police are not disturbing the peace of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. 4.
