Petitioner applied for admission in M.A. (Education) in Government Post Graduate College, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar. Principal of the concerned College has given admission provisionally to her. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 5. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is entitled to regular admission and the provisional admission given to her is without any valid reason or justification. He further submits that petitioner passed Graduation and also M.A. (Political Science) from the same College and now petitioner has taken admission in M.A. (Education). 6. Learned counsel for the University as well as learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has made a representation to Principal of the College on 15.09.2025, therefore, he may be directed to decide the same. 2025:UHC:8517 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Principal of the College to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 15.09.2025, within one week from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
