The aforesaid order came to be passed by this Court at the motion stage. Compliance report stands filed on behalf of respondents, perusal whereof reveals that the claim of the petitioner came to be considered and being found devoid of merit has been rejected, by virtue of order No. 10955-57, dated 25.10.2025.
