The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 385 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) 238, 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
