2. The Court made the following Order:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Family Court Judge, Guntur in Crl.M.P.No.6 of 2024 in F.C.O.P.No.473 of 2023, whereby the petitioner was directed to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) to the 2nd respondent i.e., the minor daughter, aged about five years.

3. The respondents 1 and 2 have filed Crl.M.P.No.6 of 2024 seeking interim maintenance of Rs.40,000/- (rupees forty thousand) for each towards interim maintenance. The learned Judge considered the issue in totality and passed a well reasoned order dated 21.10.2024 and considered the financial capacity of the 1st respondent had granted interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to the 2nd petitioner therein i.e., the daughter of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had not paid any amount as on date.
5. Considering the above submissions, this Court is not inclined to interfere in this matter, making it clear to the petitioner to deposit the amount as directed by the learned Family Court Judge from the date of filing of petition seeking interim maintenance, within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
