This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 and 3 herein in not taking any action on the complaint given on dt.30-3-2019 by the petitioner herein which was also sent by registered post on 30-3-2019 against the respondent no. 5 who is acting under the capacity of 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary unconstitutional and consequentially direct the official Respondents 2 and 3 herein to take appropriate action against the respondent No.5 respondent who is acting under the capacity of 4th respondent herein forthwith and grant such other relief and reliefs, and to pass…”

Learned counsel representing Sri V.Nitesh, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance.
4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
