Against the order impugned which is dated 10.12.2024, there is provision of appeal under Section 25-A of Registration of Births and Deaths Act 1969 as amended in 2023 (hereinafrer referred as ' the Act, 1969'). In view of Section 7 of the Act, 1969 Executive Officer of the Municipality is the Registrar, therefore, the appeal lies before the District Registrar under the said Act, which has not been availed.
