Case No. 51 of 2024 arising out of Korrah P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 21(b), 21(c), 22(b), 22(c) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag. 3. On 14.07.2024 at 1.45 p.m., Korrah Police on the basis of confidential information, intercepted a Swift Dezire Car bearing registration no. JH 01AA 9194 and two motorcycle bearing registration nos. JH 24E 5918 and JH 13D 0868. On search, 2.00 kg. of brown sugar was recovered from the Swift Dezire car while 2.80 kg. of brown sugar was recovered from the two motorcycles. Petitioner is alleged to be travelling on one of the motorcycles. 4. It was submitted that the seizure list regarding the seizure of brown sugar does not bear the signature of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Md. Salauddin has been granted bail by this Court of this Court and another co-accused by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024 arising out of Korrah P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
