Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 02.05.2025, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the Investigating Officer. On the other hand, Mr. R. J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Gorchuk P. S. Case No. 353/2024 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 181 of the BNS, 2023 has already been recorded. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Though, there are incriminating materials against the present petitioner in the case diary, however, as the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact.
