After arguing for a while, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he will feel satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Tehsildar, Awantipora to decide the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner and which is pending adjudication within a reasonable period. 02. Mr. Faheem Nisar Shah, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents is not averse to this course provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly under rules and as per law. 17 Regular 03. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at this stage and is accordingly disposed of by directing the concerned Tehsildar Awantipora to decide the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner and presently pending before the said Authority within a period of four weeks from the datea copy of this order along with the writ petition and enclosed annexures are made available to the said respondent strictly under rules and as per law. 04. The decision which is likely to be taken by the concerned Tehsildar shall be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post and before passing the order of consideration, all the stakeholders including the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of being heard. 05. The writ petition is disposed of in the manner indicated above along with all connected applications. 06. Interim direction(s), if any, subsisting as on date shall stand vacated. 07. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the newly added private respondentsi.e. respondent Nos. 5 to 15submits that a statement has already been made before the learned Joint Financial Commissioner, Revenue that the proceedings pending before him shall await the outcome of the instant petition.Since the instant petition has now been disposed of, there is no legal impediment which would come in the way of the Joint Financial Commissioner, Revenue to proceed ahead in accordance with law.
