The petitioner's grievance is that the private opposite parties are not allowing the petitioner to undertake construction on his land. 4. Sri Anil Kumar Tiwari, Advocate has filed impleadment application along with counter affidavit saying that his client is the owner of an adjacent plot of the petitioner's land and it is the petitioner, who is not allowing demarcation of the said plot. The allegation is that the petitioner has encroached the 'Rasta'. 5. Be that as it may, this is a dispute between private parties, the petitioner may avail remedies as may be prescribed in law whether under civil or criminal law. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
