At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner Wakf Board submits that this Revision Petition was preferred against order dated 5.1.2016 passed by the Trial Court during pendency of the suit, i.e. Civil Suit No. 468/15/2006, titled as Gurdial Singh and others Vs. H.P. Wakf Board 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes
2025:HHC:19361 Civil Revision No. 175 of 2018 and another. He has further submitted that during pendency of present petition, Civil Suit No. 468/15 of 2006 was decided vide judgment and decree dated 26.9.2019 passed in favour of Wakf Board and thereafter Gurdial Singh preferred Civil Appeal No. 133 of 2019 against the said judgment and decree, which has also been dismissed on 7.8.2020 and now all issues involved between the parties including the issues involved in present Revision Petition is pending adjudication in RSA No. 266 of 2020, titled as Gurdial Singh and others Vs. H.P. Wakf Board.
2. In aforesaid facts and circumstances, it has been submitted that now this Revision Petition has become infructuous.
