Raju, learned counsels for the respondents in MC(WP(C)) No. 343 of 2025 are present before the court physically. [2] This miscellaneous application has been filed by the applicants seeking for impleadment of the incumbent namely, “the Unemployed Youth Shop Owner’s Association having Regd. No. 104/IW/SR/2000 represented by its President Shri Moirangthem Pishak Singh, aged about 71 years, S/o (Late) M. Iboton Singh of Uripok Polem Leikai, P.O. & P.S. Imphal, Imphal West District, Manipur-795001” as party respondent No. 7 in WP(C) No. 361 of 2025. [3] This court has gone through the reasons stated in the aforesaid impleadment application filed by the applicant and the same is found to be justifiable and acceptable. [6] Accordingly, ordered. [7] Consequent upon disposal of the aforesaid impleadment application proceedings, the counsel for the applicant be directed to submit the amended cause title petition in respect of the writ proceeding in WP(C) No. 361 of 2025 for the purpose of reference in this matter.
