Mr. Rajat Choudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner has retired as on date. She claimed promotion as Trained Graduate Teacher from the year 2021-2022 allegedly from the date when her juniors were promoted as such. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred a representation on 16.12.2025 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents-competent authority for the redressal of her above grievance, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 would be content, in case, the respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Assistant Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 3. In view of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide petitioner’s representation dated 16.12.2025 (Annexure P-5), in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.
