Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the respondent. However, he submits that no reasons has been assigned while rejecting the representation. It can be considered in appropriate proceedings in case the order is challenged. In view of above, the order dated 27.02.2025 is recalled. In re: Contempt Application Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the order passed by the writ court has been complied, therefore, he does not want to press the contempt application.
