This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.12.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0961 of 2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(2), 352 and 351(3) Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is dispute between the parties with regard to money and the parties are trying to settle the matter amicably. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition in case so required. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same.
