The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the Opposite Parties specially opposite party no. 3 to conduct/complete the inquiry against the second license holder of fair price shop village Nariyawan, Post-Rajapur, Tehsil-Kunda, District- Pratapgarh. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to take decision after inquiry report/grievances made by the petitioner against the second license holder of fair price shop namely Suman Devi, Resident of Village Nariyawan, Post-Rajapur, Tehsil-Kunda, District- Pratapgarh." 3. Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the petitioner was called for enquiry but he did not appear and the matter is fixed today for enquiry for which the petitioner has been called. 4. Considering the fact that the steps have already been taken by the respondents, no directions are required to be passed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the inquiry officer today itself and in case any substance is found, appropriate proceedings shall be initiated in accordance with law preferably within period of three months from today. 5.
