Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Kurk Amin on the commission basis on 17.06.1991. The services of the petitioner was regularized on 20.08.2019 on the post of Kurk Amin. The petitioner superannuated from services on 31.12.20222. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was not given the salary from May 2022 to December, 2022, nor bonus and leave encashment has been paid for two years i.e, 2021 and 2022. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be substantially met, if the representation dated 12.12.2024 moved by the petitioner before the respondent no. 3 i.e, Collector/District Magistrate, Sitapur is considered and decided within a stipulated period of time. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not object to the prayer made by the petitioner. 5. In light of the above, this petition is disposed of at the admission stage with a direction to the respondent no. 3 i.e., Collector/District Magistrate, Sitapur to consider and decide the representation dated 12.12.2024 moved by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law. 6.
