Let the District Magistrate/ Collector, Lucknow look into the matter and do the needful for execution of the recovery certificate issued by the RERA. However, subject to the condition that if any recovery certificate is issued against the Opposite Party No.5 being earlier in point of time, then such recovery certificate would be given priority in the matter of execution, however, every efforts shall be made with regard to the recovery certificate issued in the case of petitioner also.
